Private Placement Trading Programs are what their name implies: Offerings of financial interest to a select group of chosen investors who meet certain financial requirements.

The program consists of managed transactions whereby the principal investment is fully or substantially secured through structured mechanisms provided by the program’s bank or the program group.

Most programs can only be entered with clean, unencumbered cash funds owned by the client and over which the owner/participant has full control. If a client has "non-liquid assets" available to invest, it is required to monetize them before entering them into a program.

The minimum investment in these Private Placement Programs can often be quite high and require a lockup period whereby the capital is committed to the Trading Program for a certain amount of time.

Trading involves risk and Program Traders utilize many strategies to help determine profitable trades.

Upon completion of contracts and after the participant’s funds are protected, the program directors will utilize, through their own credit facilities, funds equivalent to the value of the participant’s funds. These are the actual funds that will be utilized for the program's purposes with profits from the trades distributed according to a pre-determined agreement between Program Manager - Trader and Client.

Option 1 -

Individual or Corporate Entry Trade Program

Description: This is a single "Signatory" Trade Program with an Agreement signed between the Signatory of the Bank Account and the Trade. (Signatory can be an individual or corporate entity)

Fund Requirement: “Minimum One Hundred Thirty Million USD/Euros cash or equivalent”

Option 2

Partnership - Limited Partnership Trade Program

Description: This is a "Pooled Funds" Trade Program whereby the Funders "pool" their Cash Funds in order to collectively produce the One Hundred Thirty Million USD/Euros minimum required for entering the Trade. This program is designed for Account Owners with funds below One Hundred Thirty Million USD/Euros.

Process: Funds are retained within the safekeeping account of the legally accredited "Offshore Paymaster". The Paymaster is a neutral, "third party", legal entity that holds the Funds within a single, safekeeping Paymaster Bank Account for the duration of the Trade.

Using this option, only the Paymaster is required to provide a Recent Bank Statement to enter the trade. The Paymaster is the only entity that is required to be approved to enter the Trade providing discretion, anonymity and fast entry for the individual members since they are not required to be approved individually.

Obtaining a cash loan that funds the value of your precious metals could not be easier. All of our precious metal loans are funded for a minimum of 180 days and are structured so that you are able to pay back the principal with interest and have your bullion returned within that time frame.

Our Precious metal loans also offer the option to simply pay the interest due at the end of the loan and have the loan renewed for an additional 180 day minimum term. If you can’t pay back the precious metals loan in full at its maturity, you may surrender the bullion as full payment with no further obligation on your part.

Why take out a loan on your gold, silver, or platinum bullion?

If you need cash but do not want to sell your precious metals, it is a valuable option to consider our precious metals loan service. Simply provide the required documentation with photos of your precious metals and we will provide a “loan to value” (LTV) estimate along with our agreement in order to start your loan to asset application. This way, you are able to receive the funding you need but are still able to keep your bullion.

What type of gold, silver or platinum bullion will you loan on?

We will provide precious metal loans on any type of gold, silver, or platinum bullion without regard for condition. This may include coins, bars, or ingots.

* The lender will be an international bank within the Top 100 banks as defined by "The Banker" or in some cases will be our Financial Services Company.

* Owners may be required to permit movement of the bullion to a secure vault as required by the lender.

We can make facilities available for the receipt, refining and payment for gold Doré bars. Owners will be required to ship, CIF to the port of landing for the refiners, who will then make all other arrangements including customs clearance and payment of any taxes. The amount paid for the refined bars will be a pre-agreed percentage of London Spot.
